The room we booked was brand new and spotless with lovely decor, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk from cafes and bars.

The location was magnificent in the very very nice area. Had brunch in the Imperium Pub, located nearby. The room I had was good little with shared bathroom and shower, as for instance.

Pity, but the beds were not very comfortable.

I had a fine trip and would return anytime. That was little and cheerful hotel set in very nice area, very close to attractions for tourists, and Rome's city centre. Indian cuisine was served in the outdoor restaurant...

I recently stayed at Hotel Demetra in Rome for a few nights. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the metro and close to Termini train station. The staff was super polite and allowed us to check in early. The bathroom, which was supposed to be shared, ended up being only for us. The beds were comfy and the room wasn't noisy. it was a great stay at a really good price.

Would recommend this hotel.

Good location and clean rooms

Every time we wanted to access the front door of the hotel or the door of the floor, we had to ring through intercom to the reception. Thats unsussual.

it has magnificent location near museo nazionale romano. btw, it is near the central station.

Location was excelent, near the Termini station and metro/ bus station; near the supermarket and restaurants; employees very friendly and available for possible doubts, proposals and information. If the idea is too reserve one hotel too sleep, take a shower, and enjoy the city without spending too much money in the hotel, considering price/quality, I recommend this hotel.

Too much noise, we could hear everything from the others rooms.

The location of this place is great, close to Termini where everything is happening!

Cheerful and impeccably clean place to stay in

Affable and brilliantly friendly staff at the reception desk. the rooms are a decent size and budget-friendly. - the location is magnificent, very close to everything. - Outdoor restaurant on site. - We would love to come back for a trip.

Near metro, tram, train stations. Personel friendly and helpful, they solved all issued problems.Rooms clean but bathroom equipment could be more new and clean....But towels were changed everyday! Very fine that there is ventilator in room so we did not need to pay for condition.

Tramway under our windows was running from early morning till deep night. It was impossible to sleep with open window. But ventilator helped us not to suffocate. Rooms' photos in Booked.net did not fit real room's interior...

The hotel we booked was called Hotel Terni. It was a bit hard to find but once there the staff was wonderful. Although we thought we had booked a room with air conditioning, the a-c was not working and Rome was very hot. This was a problem as my husband has a heart condition. It turned out that the hotel was doing extensive remodeling to the ground floor lobby and the basement while we were there. The new facilities are beautiful but were not quite functioning yet by the time we left. The lift is old and not strong enough to carry very much weight. We had to take one person at a time with our bags for it to stop at the proper floor. All this aside, it was a very friendly place to stay, the bed was comfortable, the bath was well appointed, and it is within easy walking distance from Termini station. It is a budget hotel and I would recommend it as such.

The rooms here are super clean and look brand new 🔥. They come with shared bathrooms, nice decorations, and a shower.
